屈臣氏「亞洲一卡隨享」規則與條款
1.如何參與
1.1.台灣Watsons Club寵i會員(以下簡稱「寵i會員」或「您」)皆可參與「屈臣氏亞洲一卡隨享」方案(以下簡稱「本方案」)。
在本方案中,您在2.1所示的海外屈臣氏個人護理用品門市消費時,可累積寵i點數並享有該地區指定之會員專屬優惠。1.2.《屈臣氏亞洲一卡隨享規則與條款》(以下簡稱「本規則」)係對台灣Watsons Club寵i會員制度的補充。
1.3.您註冊成為台灣Watsons Club寵i會員,或享受該會員帳戶相關的服務或權益,即表示您同意台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的相應條款及本規則。 如本規則與台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的相應條款有不一致,則以台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的相應條款為準。
1.4 基於本方案的經營目的,屈臣氏可能會向任何第三方揭露有關您和/或您的 Watsons Club帳戶的資料。 請閱讀我們的隱私政策。
2.獲得Watsons Club寵i點數及享有指定會員專屬優惠
2.1.於以下海外屈臣氏個人護理用品實體門市(下稱「海外屈臣氏門市」或「門市」)產生符合本方案條件的消費即可獲得寵i點數:
中國香港
澳門
台灣
新加坡
馬來西亞
泰國
印尼
菲律賓
土耳其
(未來屈臣氏可能依情況擴展或調整參與本方案之地區及門市,屆時以當時機制為準,詳情可詢問當地門市)
2.2. 您須在上述海外屈臣氏門市結帳時出示您的行動寵i卡/實體寵i卡,經核對您的會員身份後,寵i點數將依據轉換匯率匯至您的會員帳戶。
2.3. 不同地區的海外屈臣氏門市可能不時會有本方案的除外產品和/或服務,這些除外產品和/或服務的消費將無法累積寵i點數,詳情請洽當地門市。
2.4. 若上述地區的某個門市因任何原因退出本方案,自其退出之日起,您在該門市的消費將無法累積寵i點數。
2.5 任一筆消費皆不可同時享有本方案以及台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的點數,若同一筆消費之點數已享有台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的點數,卻重複申請累積本方案的點數,該筆申請將會被自動清除。
2.6. 寵i點數折抵僅適用於台灣屈臣氏門市。
2.7. 上述海外屈臣氏門市之折扣或優惠(例如額外加贈點數)是否能與本方 案同時使用,請洽當地門市。
2.8. 在上述海外屈臣氏門市的消費不會列入會員升等/續會的滿額消費計算。
2.9. 如屈臣氏有合理依據認為您的消費存在詐欺行為,或最終訂單被取消或退貨,該消費將不適用於本方案,由此產生的寵i點數也將被收回。
3.消費實付金額轉換為寵i點數的匯率及相關說明
3.1.您於上述海外屈臣氏門市產生的符合資格的消費,其點數轉換匯率依該消費實付金額進行認定,且該金額及點數轉換匯率均由屈臣氏基於其自身運營獨立決定並將不時調整。 海外屈臣氏門市的消費及點數轉換匯率,請參閱會員網站公告之適用匯率( 請按此)。
3.2 您在上述海外屈臣氏門市消費產生的實付金額,其中的部分費用(包括但不限於運費、稅金等)不適用點數累積。
3.3 符合本方案條件,可轉換點數的消費實付金額,將以您消費發生地的法定貨幣或屈臣氏認可的貨幣計算,如您使用前兩者之外的其他貨幣支付,須先按照相應匯率轉換為當地法定貨幣或屈臣氏認可貨幣之金額。
4.轉換要求
4.1. 您須先註冊台灣Watsons Club寵i會員以參與本方案,若您的寵i會員帳戶在任何時間、因任何原因終止或停用,您將無法參與本方案。
4.2 您的消費實付金額必須符合本方案所約定的最低金額;屈臣氏可自行決定是否限制或停止點數轉換,或就單次點數轉換限制可轉點數的最低/最高值,包括限制可轉點數的消費實付金額或於某些期間限制點數轉換次數。
5.時間
5.1 寵i點數將於您在海外屈臣氏門市消費後約[3]天內匯至您的Watsons Club寵i會員會員帳戶。
5.2 雖然有上述規則,屈臣氏依然保留延遲本方案點數發放之權利,屈臣氏無需對因任何原因(包括但不限於因系統錯誤訊息導致延遲等)導致的點數轉換延遲承擔任何責任。
6.責任與限制
6.1屈臣氏將努力執行本方案之服務,但無需對任何未能成功提交、處理、以及發放的點數轉換需求承擔任何責任。
6.2 屈臣氏無需就以下情況承擔責任: (a)任何與點數轉換有關的損失、錯誤或相應需求之延遲,包括但不限於結帳時您未能出示有效的行動寵i卡/實體寵i卡,無論該情況是否出於您自願或非自願輸入錯誤、網絡連線異常、技術設備故障或屈臣氏的平台/系統延遲、中斷等;或 (b)任何詐欺、盜竊、未經授權的交易之點數轉換要求;或 (c)第三方的任何行為或疏忽(包括但不限於任何參與本方案的海外屈臣氏門市);或 (d)與本方案相關的任何錯誤,包括但不限於任何定價或印刷錯誤、描述錯誤、參與本方案的門市及其關聯公司的錯誤,或點數發放/收回的錯誤。屈臣氏保留更正之權利而無需另行通知。
6.3 對於參與本方案的海外屈臣氏門市或第三方提供的商品或服務類型、品質或適用性,屈臣氏不作任何明示或暗示的保證或擔保。
6.4 在任何情況下,對於與本方案服務、本規則以及台灣Watsons Club寵i會員制度有關或因之產生的任何損害(無論直接或間接、 屬於附帶損失抑或懲罰性賠償,亦無論該等損害基於合約、侵權行為還是其他原因產生),屈臣氏或屈臣氏的關聯公司(包括但不限於參與本方案的門市), 以及各自的董事、管理者、員工和代理商,均無需承擔責任。
6.5 上述不包括或以任何方式限制屈臣氏對因屈臣氏的疏忽造成的死亡或人身傷害的責任,或屈臣氏對欺詐性錯誤陳述的責任以及根據法律不能排除的任何其他責任。
7. 不可抗之因素
對於任何超出屈臣氏合理控制範圍的事件以及因此導致無法提供服務或服務延遲,屈臣氏無需承擔責任。
8. 其他
8.1 寵i點數不具貨幣價值且不可兌換為現金。
8.2 屈臣氏可全權決定您是否有資格參與本方案。屈臣氏對與本方案有關的所有事項和爭議所做的決定為最終決定並對您具有約束力。如有任何爭議,屈臣氏將有權從您的Watsons Club帳戶扣除適當的寵i點數,且不另行通知。
8.3 本方案所獲得之寵i點數的使用和/或點數轉換可能受其他規則條款或限制之約束,詳情請洽當地門市。
8.4 屈臣氏有權自行決定本 方案 的相關機制,並保留隨時終止、變更或修改本方案及本規則之權利,包括點數轉換條件及點數轉換匯率。屈臣氏有權自行決定是否事先通知,亦有權自行決定通知的適當方式。 您參與本方案將視為您已對之同意並認可相應之約束力,若您在相應規則機制修改後繼續參與本方案,亦視為您已同意並認可修改後的規則之約束力。
8.5 屈臣氏未行使本規則約定之權利並不代表放棄該權利。
8.6 您不得轉讓您於本方案享有之權利。本規則旨在約定您與屈臣氏之間的關係,並不為其他第三方建立權利,即使第三方可能會從該關係中獲益。
8.7 如本規則的任一條款被宣佈無效、違法或無法執行,則該條款將被視為從本規則中刪除,其餘條款仍完全有效。
8.8 您與屈臣氏同意本規則條款應適用台灣法律,且任何因本規則條款所生,或與本規則條款有關之爭議,僅得由台灣的法院管轄處理。

8.10除非本規則另有定義,否則本規則條款中的用語及表達均與台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的相應條款定義的含義相同。
8.11 本規則條款應根據台灣Watsons Club寵i會員的相應條款中所規定應適用之法律進行管理和解釋。
Terms & Conditions for Asia One Pass Program
1.Participation
1.1 The Watsons One Pass Program is available to all Taiwan Watsons Club members. Under the Watsons One Pass Program, Taiwan Watsons Club members may earn basic loyalty points and enjoy other member benefits under their Taiwan Watsons Club loyalty program for their purchases at participating Watsons stores overseas.
1.2. These terms and conditions for the Asia One Pass Program (“Asia One Pass Terms”) are in addition to and supplement the terms and conditions that apply to your membership in the Taiwan Watsons Club loyalty program (“[Watsons Club] Account”).
1.3. By opening a Taiwan Watsons Club Account, or by using services or other benefits connected with that account, you agree to the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”) and the Asia One Pass Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Asia One Pass Terms and the Membership Terms and Conditions, the Membership Terms and Conditions will prevail.
1.4. We may disclose information regarding you and/or your Taiwan Watsons Club Account to any third party for the purpose of this Service. Please read our Privacy Policy.
2. Earning Taiwan Watsons Club Points and Enjoying Other Member Benefits
2.1. The Asia One Pass (“Service”) allows you to earn Taiwan Watsons Club Points on eligible transactions at the participating offline Watsons stores below:
Mainland China
Hong Kong
Macau
Taiwan
Singapore
Malaysia
Thailand
Indonesia
The Philippines
Turkey
2.2. To earn Taiwan Watsons Club Points, your physical or virtual Taiwan Watsons Club Card must be presented on payment. We may ask you to verify your identity. The Taiwan Watsons Club Points earned will be awarded to the associated Taiwan Watsons Club Account, subject to these Asia One Pass Terms (“Conversion”).
2.3. Taiwan Watsons Club Points will not be awarded for certain products and/or services that are excluded from the Service. Participating Watsons stores may have different exclusions from time to time, please check with the relevant store for products and/or services that do not qualify for the Service.
2.4. If a participating Watsons store exits the Service for any reason, no Taiwan Watsons Club Points may be earned for transactions at such participating Watsons store from the date it exits the Service.
2.5. The Service is not applicable if Taiwan Watsons Club Points may be earned for the same transaction pursuant to the Membership Terms and Conditions of your Taiwan Watsons Club Account (e.g. under local earning rates). Any duplicated requests for Taiwan Watsons Club Points in respect of the same transaction will be automatically cancelled.
2.6. Taiwan Watsons Club Points redemption is not available outside of the home jurisdiction of the Taiwan Watsons Club loyalty program.
2.7. The Service may or may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers, and other membership benefits and privileges (e.g. bonus or multiple points earning) available at the participating Watsons stores. Please check with the relevant store for membership benefits and privileges which are available in conjunction with the Service.
2.8. Transactions made at participating Watsons stores pursuant to the Service will not count towards qualification for membership upgrade, renewal or other maintenance of Taiwan Watsons Club Account status.
2.9. Any transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to the Service. In the event of refunds, any Taiwan Watsons Club Points received for the refunded transactions may be removed from your Taiwan Watsons Club Account.
3. Conversion Rates
3.1. The rate of Conversion of Taiwan Watsons Club Points is based on the net spending amount on eligible transactions, in each case determined by us in our sole discretion. We may modify the rates of Conversion at any time in our sole discretion. Visit the Conversion Chart to see the current rates of Conversion that apply to Taiwan Watsons Club Points at the time you request your conversion.
3.2. Charges that do not qualify as net spending include, without limitation, taxes, fees, and other charges such as shipping fees.
3.3. When a foreign currency is used for settlement, the amount of Taiwan Watsons Club Points earned at participating Watsons stores may be converted to the local or another designated currency at the exchange rate selected by us.
4. Requirements For Conversion
4.1. Your Taiwan Watsons Club Account must be active and in good standing under the Membership Terms and Conditions. If your Taiwan Watsons Club Account is terminated or suspended at any time, for any reason, you will be disqualified from participating in the Service.
4.2. You must satisfy the minimum net spending amount required on eligible transactions for Conversion. We may in our sole discretion prohibit any Conversion of Taiwan Watsons Club Points, or limit the minimum and/or maximum number of Taiwan Watsons Club Points that may be converted under each Conversion, including the net spending required for any Conversion or the number of permitted Conversions in any given period.
5. Timing
5.1. Taiwan Watsons Club Points will be awarded to your Taiwan Watsons Club Account in approximately [3] days for transactions made at Offline Stores.
5.2. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, we reserve the right to postpone the award of Taiwan Watsons Club Points and shall not be liable for any delay of Conversions for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation, delay due to incorrect information in the system or due to system constraints and errors).
6. Our Liability
6.1. While we will use reasonable endeavors to provide the Services, we are not responsible for any failure to submit, process or award any Conversion.
6.2. We are not responsible for:
(a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving any requests or correspondence in connection with Conversions, including but not limited to any failure to present a valid physical or virtual Taiwan Watsons Club Card on payment, voluntarily or involuntarily, whether by reasons of incorrect entries, network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of our platforms or systems or otherwise;
(b) any fraud, theft, unauthorized transactions or requests for Conversions;
(c) any acts or omissions of third parties (including, without limitation, participating Watsons stores); or
(d) any errors published in relation to the Service, including, without limitation, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, errors regarding participating Watsons stores, and Service affiliates, and errors in the crediting or debiting of Taiwan Watsons Club Points from Taiwan Watsons Club Accounts. We reserve the right to correct, without notice, any errors.
6.3. We make no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Service by participating Watsons stores or third parties
6.4. IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY PARTICIPATING WATSONS STORES), AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, THESE ASIA ONE PASS TERMS, OR THE LOYALTY PROGRAM.
6.5. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under law, be excluded.
7. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. General
8.1. Taiwan Watsons Club Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.2. We shall have the sole discretion to determine eligibility to participate in the Service. Our decision on all matters and disputes concerning the Service shall be final and binding on you. In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right to deduct, without notice, the appropriate Taiwan Watsons Club Points from your Taiwan Watsons Club Account.
8.3. The use and/or conversion of Taiwan Watsons Club Points may be subject to further terms and conditions or restrictions. Additional terms may apply to specific participating Watsons stores.
8.4. We reserve the right to terminate, change, or modify the Service and/or these Asia One Pass Terms from time to time without prior notice, including the requirements for Conversions and the rates that apply to Conversions. We may notify you of any such change(s) by such means of communication and in such manner as we consider fit. If you continue to use the Service after such notification, then you shall be deemed to have agreed with and accepted such change(s).
8.5. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right
8.6. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Asia One Pass Terms. These Asia One Pass Terms describe the relationship between you and us, they do not create legal rights for other persons, even if they may benefit from such relationship.
8.7. If any of these Asia One Pass Terms are declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Asia One Pass Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.8. You and we agree that the laws of Taiwan apply to these Asia One Pass Terms and that any dispute between us regarding the Service or arising out of or in connection with these Asia One Pass Terms will be dealt with by the courts of Taiwan.
8.9. Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at our Customer Services address set out in the Contact Us section.
8.10. All capitalized words and expressions in these Asia One Pass Terms shall, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meanings as defined in the Membership Terms and Conditions.
8.11. These Asia One Pass Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the governing law set out in the Membership Terms and Conditions.
